The Real’s Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, Tamera Mowry & Jeannie Mai Pen Open Letters to Tamar Braxton
Just days after The Real announced that Tamar Braxton would not return for season 3, the remaining co-hosts Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry have taken to Instagram, expressing just how special their friendship is with Tamar.
Tamar’s close friend, who goes by the handle @mrLdavis, took to Twitter expressing his disdain with how things were handle by The Real. See his tweets below.
As previously reported, theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reported that co-hosts of the hit daytime show were blindsided by the news that Tamar Braxton would not be returning for another season.
A source tells us:
The co-hosts had no idea that Tamar would be terminated. Quite frankly, they’re devastated. There wasn’t a meeting called. There weren’t even warning signs and they had nothing to do with her firing. They didn’t even know that a statement was being put out.
The show is currently on hiatus until August and sources say the decision was solely on the executive producer of the show.
Another source adds:
The hosts really get along behind-the-scenes and they’re pissed that they were left in the dark about this.

I do believe they got along just fine. It is unfortunate that she was let go and everyone was blind sided. I hope the truth comes out soon. I am glad these two have said something…the other two…well…ok maybe soon?
I do not think any of them directly had anything to do w her firing.
I don’t think that any of the ladies of the Real are responsible for Tamar’s firing either. Since it is the producers who did it, I believe that they were extremely surprised that The Real went over so well without a white girl on the panel. Iwouldn’t surprise me if they were looking for anything or anybody to fire one of the girls over so that they could replace her with a white girl. Let see who replaces Tamar. If it’s a white girl, remember–you heard it here first!!!!!
I agree, I think that since the show has done well without a white girl it just seems that main stream television doesn’t think that minorities can have successful show without them and it’s sad because we are successful and professional.
You know what I commented the same type of thing on the Real site.I said that I’ve seen this done a lot over the years.Anytime there is a show that”seems” too ethnic for television or if certain people complain. They seem to always add a Caucasian to change the dynamics of a show. And I said I will be watching to see a change in format (co-host change). And if that appears to be what they’ve done then I won’t be watching anymore either.
I (DO) believe that Adrienne and Loni (Knew Something) they both give off that (Shady Vibe)…#Just Saying.
And I believe every word of what her friend said. It seems feasible that she was blind sided and from Tamar’s reaction she was hurt which means they mollywhopped her with that news. And I think the show gave that away when they said it was a “mutual” decision. Well, what was your beef?
No one deserve to be Blind Sided regardless of their Diva behavior? Just give it to them Straight and No Chaser…#Cowards
Tamar said she was blindsided and that she was stabbed in the back. THEN she UNFRIENDED and stopped following her co-host’s. That says it all for me.
I agree with you.Tamar wrote a statement and in it the only persons that she felt did her no harm was her sisters and Vince. She didn’t mention her co host.Maybe she felt her co host knew and didn’t say anything to her.She said she was stabbed in the back. That usually mean it was done by someone that you thought had love for you.I don’t know what happened. But,It was done very unprofessionally.
