(EXCLUSIVE) Ex NFL’er Michael Turner Hit With Divorce, By Wife Who Famously Brawled With His Baby Mama

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, ex-NFL star Michael Turner secretly got married to his girlfriend Elizabeth Delacruz — the woman who brawled with one of his baby mama’s and he had to break up the fight – but looks like it didn’t go as planned. His wife has headed to court and filed for divorce.

Here’s the latest: According to court records filed on August 3rd, Elizabeth filed for divorce from Turner in Gwinnett County Court. The former NFL star has yet to respond to the complaint but the judge ordered a mutual restraining order which prohibits both from transferring or selling off assets until the case is decided.

The former NFL star is aware of the divorce because the records show he has lawyered up with one of Georgia’s top attorneys to fight his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Turner signed a six-year, $34.5 million dollar contract with a guarantee of $15 million back in 2008. He was released by the team in 2013 and hasn’t played since.

Here’s the backstory: Back in 2012, Turner broke up a nasty girl-on-girl fight outside his Georgia home. The two women in the brawl were the NFL star’s new girlfriend at the time and one of his baby mamas.

The police were called to the scene and when they arrived they saw 32-year-old Rasheeda Walker – the mother to two of Turner’s kids – standing in the front and bleeding from the side of her head.

She explained to police she showed up to his home because he refuses to see his kids and she also claimed that she was pregnant with his 3rd child and wanted to discuss the situation.

Rasheeda claimed she knocked on the front door and was greeted by the NFL star’s new girlfriend Elizabeth Delacruz, who ambushed her while wielding a golf club and screaming obscenities.

The baby mama grabbed the golf club away from the girlfriend and the two started fighting, until Turner came out and broke up the fight.

Elizabeth told police Rasheeda had tried to break into the home and that’s why she grabbed the club.

The police report noted both women had visible scratches and minor head wounds. Neither party wanted to press charges but Rasheeda was issues a warning not to trespass on his property again.

Turner and Elizabeth would eventually marry. It’s unclear when the two tied the knot, with no reports of the wedding.

However, it appears the marriage didn’t work out as planned, with Elizabeth heading to Georgia Court earlier this month and filing for divorce.
