Jamie Foxx’s Secret Girlfriend Katie Holmes Can’t Date Publicly For 5 Years (Report)

Katie Holmes is keeping her relationship with Jamie Foxx extremely private because of a secret divorce deal that she has with Tom Cruise, according to RadarOnline.  Rumor has it, Holmes and Foxx will not be able to go public about their relationship, until 2017. The site reports,

Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce, the source claimed.

She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri,the insider added. Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.

If she breaks the rules, the mom-of-one could lose the aforementioned money, the source claimed.

Indeed, Holmes’s determination to maintain a perpetually single status in public has raised eyebrows over the years.

Reportedly, Foxx and Holmes have been dating since 2013.

As you’ll recall, earlier this year, TV personality Claudia Jordan, commented on their relationship, but later clarified her statements, saying that she misspoke.

I have never seen Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes together, ever. I guess people are really wanting someone to confirm this and I’m sorry it’s not coming from me.

She added,

I misspoke. I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I’ve never seen them together. He’s never told me he’s dating her. Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I can not confirm that.

Holmes nor Foxx have ever confirmed their relationship status.
