Beyoncé On Fortune’s 2016 List of Most Powerful Women [Black Bill Gates In the Making]
Congrats to Beyoncé! The mega-star, who just celebrated her 35th birthday, has made Fortune’s list of Most Powerful Women. At number 51, this year, Beyonce’s album”Lemonade” has had impressive numbers and touches on some important political issues. In fact, all 12 of its tracks made the Billboard top 100.
In terms of business, this year she launched Ivy Park, her own apparel line.
This summer, she teamed up with the watermelon water startup, WTRMLN WTR. Her entertainment and management company Parkwood Entertainment, expanded into a music label this year. Congrats to her!
