(EXCLUSIVE) Sean Garrett Sues Baby Mama Over Son: I want joint & legal custody!
Sean Garrett Wants Joint & Legal Custody
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Sean Garrett has hit his baby mama with a paternity lawsuit demanding joint and legal custody of his son. Sean – real name Garrett Hamler – sued Rachael Riley this week in a Georgia court. He explains his baby mama gave birth to a son named Cruz Hamler, born in 2015. The music producer acknowledges he is the biological father of Cruz. The son presently lives with both parents at separate residences.
Sean is demanding the court order him as the legitimate father to the minor child. He says he has been paying support and maintenance for his son since birth and continues to do so. Further, he took out medical insurance and pays for the day care costs.
Sean is seeking joint and legal custody of their son and wants both of them (he and the child’s mother) to equally participate in the life and care of Cruz.
He wants the final decision making authority when it comes to Cruz’s education and extracurricular activities and the mom should have the right to decide any non-emergency medical decisions and the kid’s religious upbringing. Rachel has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
