Sheree Whitfield  has been hit with another lawsuit by a disgruntled contractor, according to a report. This month, Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch filed a claim in the Fulton County Magistrate Court over the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star’s Sandy Springs mansion (aka Chateau Sheree).

The company is suing for $10,012.50 in alleged unpaid bills for landscaping and helping her receive a certificate of occupancy. According to the report,

The claim said she paid less than half the bill, then said she didn’t have the money. Then she told Heritage she was not happy with the work, the claim said.

StraightFromtheA has additional deets.  Another contractor also sued her in 2015 for $23,000 for unpaid bills. Whitfield has yet to comment.

Here’s a glimpse of Sheree’s mansion.
