Police Backpedal, Now Admit To Having Boosie’s Jewelry
Police Now Admit Having Boosie’s Jewelry
Bolixi police have changed their story, now admitting that they do have Boosie’s jewelry. As previously reported, the Mississippi police department denied having the rapper’s jewelry. Biloxi Police Lt. Christopher De Back now says Boosie Badazz’s jewelry was impounded Sunday when officers arrested five members of the rapper’s entourage for assault. Boosie released a vide0 on social media, accusing the police of improperly taking his jewelry.
Initially, police said they recovered no jewelry, but they now say it was held in safekeeping. A van is being returned too.
As previously reported, on Sunday, a store security guard squirted pepper spray toward the rapper, members of his team and fans.
Three men and two juveniles are charged with assaulting the guard and a Biloxi officer outside the store.
Boosie reportedly didn’t participate in the assault.
