Unlike a few of your other favorite celebrities, NeNe Leakes is brutally honest about having cosmetic surgery. When discussing the physical flaws that she has, the reality star says,

Every flaw I had, I fixed. I’ve always been the girl, I live out loud. I’m willing to tell you anything. Any surgery I ever had, I’m willing to share it and tell you who to go to and who not to go to, too.

She shares that she’s had her nose done, along with breast augmentation.

My nose was bigger, I went and got that fixed – that was a flaw. My boobs were hanging after my kids, I got them sitting up.

She jokes,

My forehead was bigger, so I pull my wig up further. I believe whatever it is, whatever the flaw is honey, you go get it fixed. Your stomach a little bit bigger, where spanx.
