Bill Cosby Arrives To Trial With Keshia Knight-Pulliam
Monday morning (June 5th), Bill Cosby arrived at the Montgomery County Courthouse to face charges that he drugged and assaulted former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Cheltenham home in 2004.
The 79-year-old comedian and actor arrived arm-in-arm with Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played his television daughter, Rudy Huxtable, on “The Cosby Show.” He faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault. He has denied the accusations since 2005, when Constand first went to the police.
In 2015, Pulliam reacting to Cosby’s controversy saying,
What I can say is this: I wasn’t there. No one was there except for the two people who know exactly what happened. All I can speak to is the man that I know and I love. The fact that he’s been such an example, you can’t take away from the great that he has done. You know, the amount … the millions and millions of dollars that he has given back to colleges and education, and just what he did with ‘The Cosby Show’ and how groundbreaking that was.
