EXCLUSIVE: Boosie’s Baby Mama Loses Legal Battle Over Daughter
Boosie’s Baby Mama Loses Legal Battle Over Daughter
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Boosie (real name Torrence Hatch) has shut down his baby mama, without ever having to show up in court. A judge threw out his baby mama’s lawsuit, accusing the rapper of refusing to return their daughter.
Here’s the latest: Recently, a judge threw out the case dismissing all claims against Boosie. The order notes that the rapper’s baby mama (Rachel Wagner) failed to appear or serve Boosie with the legal docs. As a result, the entire case was tossed and closed the same day.
Here’s the backstory: On May 12th, Boosie’s baby mama, Rachael Wagner, headed to Georgia court pleading for help getting her daughter back. She filed an emergency motion for the return of their child.
Boosie was hit with legal papers by his baby mama over their 9-year-old daughter Toriana Hatch.
Rachael alleged the rapper is currently living in Alpharetta, Georgia and claims he has their daughter and won’t return her, despite him not even being the legal father due to them not having gone to court to legitimize their kid. The docs accused him of illegally detaining and withholding custody of the minor child.
She demanded the court order Boosie to show up to court with their daughter and explain his actions to the judge ASAP.
Back in 2012, during Boosie’s first degree murder trial, the last witness called by prosecutors was Rachael Wagner, who was then described as the mother to Boosie’s five-year-old daughter.
