EXCLUSIVE: Chief Keef – Baby Mama #3 Paternity Dispute Dismissed
Chief Keef – Baby Mama #3 Paternity Legal Battle Dismissed
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Chief Keef finally scored some good news in the baby mama department. One of the paternity suits filed against the rapper has been dismissed, due to one of the mothers to his 4 children not following through with her case.
Back in 2015, the rapper was slapped with a paternity lawsuit in Illinois Court. Rashieda Saunders – who is in her early 20’s based on records – filed the lawsuit demanding Keef be ordered to take a DNA test to prove he fathered her baby.
The baby mama demanded Keef pay her back child support since the birth of the kid along with monthly child support along with other expenses.
At the time, the judge in the case ordered recently that Keef show up to court ASAP, since he has refused to respond to the legal papers.
Earlier this year, the judge set a hearing for June for a progress call. Then on June 8th, the entire case was dismissed due to Saunders not following through with it.
Based on the court docket, it’s unclear if Keef and his baby mama reached a deal outside of court. Due to the case being closed there is no final order of support/custody.
The case was the rapper’s 3rd official baby mama case, with 2 other cases still active and the mothers fighting the rapper for their child support payments numerous times.
However, the rapper was hit with a new baby mama battle last month. A former porn star Aareon “Slim Danger” Clark sued Keef, claiming he was the father to her newborn son.
