OJ Simpson Masturbating In Prison May Jeopardize Parole

OJ Simpson could be denied parole after he was caught pleasuring himself in his cell – strictly forbidden in federal prisons in the U.S., according to a report. A source claims,

OJ is facing a disciplinary hearing after being written up for masturbating in his prison cell. He was caught by a female corrections officer making her normal rounds in late June.

As previously reported, the 70-year-old NFL Hall of Famer goes up for parole Thursday, July 20th. According to the source, the fact that he still won’t have faced a disciplinary hearing for the masturbation charge, may be an obstacle for him.

While it’s not the most serious charge to be written up for in prison, it’s serious enough that any potential parole date maybe be delayed or his parole denied all together. 

The source continues,

OJ is sweating bullets over his write up. He had been intentionally laying low for the past few months to avoid any problems and now this write-up could cost his freedom for his planned October release. He is his own worst enemy. Before being caught masturbating OJ definitely believed he was going to be granted parole after the July 20th hearing, but now he seriously is worried that may not happen.

Meanwhile, Lovelock has released a statement disputing this report stating,

It is against Nevada Dept. of Corrections policy to release inmate disciplinary history to the public. It is also against policy to release inaccurate information. No official from our department would have released the information in question.

OJ served almost nine-years of a 33-year sentence for a 2008 conviction for kidnapping and robbery. Most believe he will be granted parole after meeting with the parole board members. Simpson will appear remotely from jail in front of the parole board in Carson City, Nevada, via video conference at 1 p.m.
