Congrats to Danielle Bregoli, better known as the “Cash Me Outside” girl! The viral sensation, who became popular after her outlandish behavior on The Dr. Phil Show, made musical history. Thanks to her hit song, “These Heaux”, the 14-year-old is the youngest female rapper to ever appear on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
