Rob Kardashian Suing Blac Chyna For Assault & Battery
Unfortunately, the legal fight between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna continues. According to multiple reports, the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star is suing his ex fiancee for alleged assault, battery and vandalism.
Back in 2016, we reported that Rob claimed Chyna had physically attacked him and damaged the home that he was staying in, that was owned by his sister, Kylie Jenner. Rob alleges that she repeatedly hit him and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charger. He also claims that she damaged property in the home, causing $100k in damages. He says she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol that night, and that she threw a chair at his Bentley as he tried to leave the house.
Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, tweeted the following, which may or may not be a response to the lawsuit.
Slut shaming is cruel and damaging, and I am proud to join @BlacChyna in standing against it. That’s what White v. Kardashian is all about.
— Lisa Bloom (@LisaBloom) September 27, 2017
Rob & Chyna share a 10-month-old daughter Dream. The pair recently settled their custody agreement over her.
