Tamar Braxton & Husband Selling Mansion, Amidst Multiple Defaults on Mortgage
Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert are throwing up the deuces to their massive mansion in Calabasas, California. The Braxton Family Values reality star and the music executive are reportedly asking for $15 million on the 13,716-square-foot mansion.
According to public record, there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently cancelled against the 7 bedroom, 9 full and 2 half bathrooms property that is located Estates at The Oaks.
News of them selling the home, comes just months after it was reported that Vincent was ordered to pay Sony more than $3.7 million to settle a lawsuit over a 2013 advance.
They paid $10.5 million for the property back in 2013 and it includes a pool, recording studio, gym, home theater, a parking garage that accommodates 12+ vehicles, spa and other features. Tamar is currently promoting her latest and final album, ‘Bluebird of Happiness’.
