Ray J Accused of Stealing Scooter Bike Idea, Sued For $30 Mill
Ray J has been hit with a $30 million lawsuit. A man named Jean Paul has accused the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star of stealing his scooter bike business idea. Paul says that he spoke with the reality star back in 2015 about creating a business to market electric scooter bikes.
He claims that they agreed that Ray would be a celebrity endorser and an investor, which would help Paul to start the business.
He says that he was unaware that Ray secretly launched a competing business, Scoot-E-Bike, and has filed a $30 million lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Ray’s camp denies that he stole anything from Paul and that they never had a contract with Paul. His team also says that Scoot-E-Bike is 100% independently owned by Ray J.
