Khloe Kardashian is slowing getting back to form. The 33-year-old new mom took to Snapchat to give her fans an update on her post baby body and workout.
In a series of videos posted earlier this week, she lifted up her black long-sleeve shirt to reveal her toned stomach area as she prepared to go back into the gym. She said,
The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you’re pushing your body so hard, you’re so tired, and you’re trying to get back into your rhythm.
It’s much more difficult than I think you expect it to be. I’ve been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore because it’s re-waking itself back up.
Khloe briefly spoke on how she is feeling since giving birth.

Khloe and boyfriend NBA player Tristan Thompson welcomed their daughter True last month. Days before giving birth to her baby girl, Khloe and Tristan’s relationship was under fire, after he was seen in photos and videos kissing and touching multiple women. On Sunday (May 20th), she took to Instagram to share a cryptic quote. She posted,
Your mind will always believe everything you tell it. Feed it faith. Feed it truth. Feed it with love.
Khloe also addressed those who are questioning her dedication to getting back her pre-baby body. She explained,
I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body, but the truth is, I’ve worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant — that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do.
