Brandy’s daughter Sy’rai Smith is growing up right before our eyes. The Grammy Award winning singer’s daughter has many reasons to smile. The bubbly teen celebrated her sixteenth birthday in a very fun way–by shopping on Rodeo Drive! She took to Instagram to share her first time shopping on the famous street. She captioned,

Brandy also posted about her daughter’s shopping trip,

Love and Hip Hop Hollywood’s star and Brandy’s brother, Ray J showed his niece love and posted a pic of on his Instagram page with the caption,

I remember the MTV special when Brandy had her!! Wow! Happy birthday!

Brandy welcomed Sy’rai with record producer Robert Smith back on June 16, 2002. MTV gave the star a four part reality series, Brandy: Special Delivery which chronicled the events leading up to her giving birth.

Recently, the singer made headlines recently showed of a curvier figure. Her fans and followers are loving her new look. She posted a pic on her Instagram page with caption,

During an interview with Allure, Brandy spoke on her new look explaining,

It’s a beautiful thing to grow and to see your face changing, and your body changing, and your mind changing. It’s inevitable, so I definitely embrace it. But staying fresh and being your best self, that’s what it’s all about. It’s about taking care of your health and being in the shape of your life, and eating the right way.
