Ciara has definitely been all smiles these last few years. She is married to NFL star Russell Wilson and they have a beautiful family. Her adorable son, four-year-old Future is with ex and rapper Future and gorgeous daughter Sienna with Wilson. Recently, she took to social media sharing a picture perfect family photo. She captioned it,
