Nas Confirms Another New Album Is On The Way
Weeks after Nas released the 7-track Kanye West-produced “NASIR” album, he has announced that another album is on the way. Could this be the album Nas fans have been asking for?
In a recent interview, Nas explained that there’s another album that he had already been working on prior to the album with West. He says that he’s currently putting the finishing touches on the project and revealed that we can expect producers RZA and Swizz Beatz to be part of it.
It’s another album that I already had been working on before. Since I did this, I gotta do something that, you know, goes in another direction a little bit.
He continues,
So I’m finishing up the next one… It’s not gonna be that long because half of it was already there, yeah. I did do something with Swizz, I did stuff with RZA.I’m a big Wu-Tang fan. RZA’s real.

According to Nas, the album with Kanye was a long time coming. They have been wanting to work with each other forever. However, when it comes to the whole experience in Wyoming, Nas says that was “weird.” He explains,
Wyoming was weird for me. Beautiful people…
He added,
I’d never been there before, so that was an experience – it was cool.
