Mary J. Blige Denies Fight With Faith Evans

There was no hateration nor holleration in her dancery! Mary J. Blige is setting the record straight on rumors that she and fellow Bad Boy alum, Faith Evans, had a physical altercation at a party in the Hamptons for New York Fashion Week, hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. She tells Page Six,

“Of course that was made up. I was shooting a movie in Louisiana.”

She continued:

“I just got here today.”

The Mary J. Blige vs. Faith Evans rumors spawned after the actual fight between rappers Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. As previously reported, reports leaked that Cardi threw a shoe at Nicki at some point in the altercation.

Photos have been released of Cardi leaving the Harper’s Bazaar New York Fashion Week party with a visible knot on her temple, which reportedly is the result from being elbowed by one of Nicki’s security team.
