Justin Timberlake Severely Bruises Vocal Chords, Cancels Show

New York fans are crying a river right now. Singer Justin Timberlake revealed that, for medical reasons, he had to cancel an upcoming “Man of the Woods” tour date at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. He broke the news to fans on social media. He said:

“Hey guys, I’m sorry to announce I have to postpone the show at MSG tonight on doctor’s orders. My vocal chords are severely bruised. I’m gonna make this up to you and the new show will be on my birthday, January 31. More info to come. Again, I’m so sorry to do this, but excited to see you soon. Love, J.”

Top Dawg Entertainment singer SZA recently had the same issue, which threatened to damage her vocal chords permanently. After a brief hiatus from the TDE Championship Tour, she returned to the stage at the Firefly Music Festival this summer in Delaware.
