Condolences: Rapper Young Greatness Shot & Killed Outside New Orleans Waffle House
Very sad news. New Orleans rapper Young Greatness (real name Theodore Jones) was shot and killed in his home town early Monday morning, according to reports. He was 34-years-old. Reportedly, police say gunfire broke out outside of a Waffle House on the 2900 block of Elysian Fields. Shell casings were found in the parking lot. A witness alleges that he was face timing with his manager when the shooting occurred.
His mother has spoken out about the tragic news, telling reporters that she is upset about New Orleans’ continuing violence.
I can’t stand that place. They can have it with their politics and potholes. It’s too many mothers taking slow walks to standard tombs.
Please keep Young Greatness’ family in your thoughts and prayers.
