Blac Chyna Allowed To Continue Her Lawsuit Against Kardashian Family
Blac Chyna Will Be Allowed To Continue Her Lawsuit Against The Kardashians
There is some promising news regarding Blac Chyna‘s battle against the Kardashians. Last year it was revealed that Chyna intended to sue Rob Kardashian as well as his sisters, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and their mother Kris Jenner for defamation and interfering with her ability to make money. According to Blac Chyna, the only way she was dropping her lawsuit was if the Kardashians forked over $1 million in a settlement. Obviously, that did not happen. Instead, the Kardashians filed a motion with the court to have Blac Chyna’s case thrown out.
According to Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, the judge has denied the Kardashian’s request to strike Blac Chyna’s lawsuit. Instead, only a small portion of the lawsuit has been stricken. This means that Blac Chyna will still have her day in court and will be able to provide evidence of her claims against the Kardashians.
Chyna is suing the Kardashians for “millions of dollars”, claiming that the family trashed her online, slut-shamed her and had her spin-off reality series, Rob & Chyna, canceled. Chyna is due in court to face off against the Kardashians soon. A trial date will be issued next month.
