LHHATL’s Tommie Lee Speaks Out After Release from Jail
The #FreeTommie campaign has officially ended! “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star Tommie Lee (real name Atasha Jefferson) was recently released from jail after recent legal trouble. This past October, the reality TV star was jailed twice within a matter of hours after she was arrested for slamming her daughter’s head into a locker at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, GA. She was released after posting bond, and ordered not to make contact with her daughter. She called her, which resulted in Tommie’s arrest just three hours later.

Upon her release, Tommie went on an appreciation spree – thanking friends, family, and supporters.

She even thanked her friend, fellow VH1 star Jakeita “Sky” Days of “Black Ink Crew,” for answering her phone calls from jail. She typed this Instagram Story post to Sky:
“@flyyytattedsky Girl you Know you tha (goat emoji) #kites #commisary #neva missed a phone call she in my left titty Fareal”

Unfortunately, Tommie may have come home to unemployment. As we previously reported, sources spilled that “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” producers were considering firing Tommie over her child cruelty charges due to the sensitivity of the subject. Sources said:
“Tommie has gotten in trouble before, but child cruelty allegations are a sensitive subject. They don’t want it to appear like they’re condoning her behavior.”
Will Tommie Lee stay out of trouble long enough to convince producers to allow her to take part in filming for LHHATL’s fifth season? Let us know in the comments.
