It appears that Chance The Rapper performed the ultimate good deed! Earlier this year, the 25-year-old rapper reportedly saved a man’s life, helping a man escape a car that was on fire. On Monday, Chance recalled the incident on social media, explaining that the incident happened on April 1, 2018. He shared that he saw a car going “like 90 [miles per hour]” barrel into a wall after exiting a freeway.
“I was the only person out there when it first happened and his car was on fire so I had to break his window, take off his seatbelt, let his seat back and pull a whole grown man out [of] the car unconscious. I was only by myself at first, then two older men helped me pull folks out the front after I got the doors open.”
At the time, Chance
“never able to find out if [the] dude was alright”.
However, Chance shared that the mystery man’s nephew reached out to him, telling him that the man lived through the accident.
“A kid DM’d me saying it was his uncle and that he lived!!” Chance tweeted.
Kudos to Chance!
