R. Kelly’s Alleged Sex Cult Studio Up For Sale at $4.5 Million
Within the docuseries of “Surviving R. Kelly,” multiple people from the R&B singer’s past came forward ready to provide their accounts on what they had seen and experienced when in close contact with the singer during the manifestation of his career.
One of his former producers, previous tour manager/personal assistant shared R. Kelly would have multiple suspected-to-be-underage women in the Chicago studio where he would make his hit records. A few survivors of Kelly’s alleged sexual abuse also shared how Kelly would bring them to his studio, and place them in rooms with beds, and perform sexual acts on them.
While the docuseries provided different images of the studio where these acts took place, the address for the suspected sexual fortress has been released. A Twitter user shared the alleged information in a tweet writing,

In August 2018, according to reports, the building was listed for sale at $4.5 million. When asked why it was for sale, a manager with the funding group, Robert Chandler, responded with a,

investment property with a high profile tenant paying $22,927.41 per month. [It has a] fully built out recording studio, lounge and full kitchen, rear drive-in-door with 1 car garage.
