Missy Elliott Sued By Author Who Claims Singer Used Her Bald Head On Cover
Missy Elliott is being sued by an author and motivational speaker named Jodi Pliska for using an image of Pliska without her permission. In her lawsuit, Pliska stated on Elliott’s “Pep Rally” single cover, her bald head is being used without her permission.

According to reports, Pliska claims the specific image is from a modeling shoot she completed years ago, and the image on Elliott’s chest is from there. Pliska is seeking unspecified damages and is suing Elliott and Atlantic Records.
Pliska suffers from alopecia, according to reports. Elliott has yet to respond publicly.
