J. Lo let fans see pictures of her big moment, that took place on a beach in the Bahamas, when she shared the photos on Instagram Tuesday.

And thankfully A-Rod let us see some of the gushy proposal too.

“Locking it down,” he wrote in his caption.

The two announced their engagement just days ago.

Meanwhile, Lopez’s new engagement ring is getting just as much attention as the engagement itself. This might be her fourth wedding, but Rodriguez is making this one count. One expert told PEOPLE that the diamond could be anywhere between 11 and 15 carats, and cost $1 million to $1.9 million.

Another expert told the publication that it could be even more extravagant than that.

“Our team of gemologists and diamond PhD’s estimate the emerald-cut diamond is 20 carats and worth around $4.5 million. This estimate is if the stone is D-Flawless [a very rare, colorless gem]. Since it’s A-Rod, it very well could be!”

Jewelry designer Stephanie Gottlieb added that the ring appears to be between 12 and 15 carats.

“A natural diamond of that size and quality is incredibly rare, and of course pricey. I’d say $1M is a safe estimate.”
