Omari Hardwick Recalls Borrowing Over $20,000 From 50 Cent: I Paid Him Back Plus Interest [VIDEO]
Get rich or die trying? ‘Power’ actor Omari Hardwick recently shared a story about when he had to borrow money from his executive producer, 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson). In the recent interview released on Monday, Hardwick, 45, reveals a never before told story of borrowing money from 50. He says,
“He loaned me one summer, like 20 G’s. He said ‘I can’t have my number one f’d up.’

He continues, adding after borrowing money from someone, there should be interest included with the borrowed money.
“When we are loaned money, you can’t give back the same amount of money that was loan to you. Because that person’s money could have been making money.”
50 has a bit of a reputation for coming after those that have not return borrow money from him. Recently, he called out Jackie Long for owing him money.
As Omari continued his story, he mentions how 50 saw him as an investment.

”The next summer he gave me more money, I haven’t re-uped yet. Didn’t have my new contract yet, 50 cent said ‘I can’t have my investment f’s up, he looks at life like that. He was developing a friendship and a brotherhood with me and I was also his investment, so he gave me another 20,000! Now, I paid that back with more interest.”
In a recent Instagram post, 50 cent added a Presidential campaign poster that says “Fofty For President.” Poking fun of Donald Trump, 50 adds the caption,
“All debts will be paid by Monday, no more loans and no your not gonna see my taxes.”
