T.I.’s Sister Had Cocaine In Her System, Triggering Her Death According To Medical Examiner
New details have surfaced concerning the death of T.I.’s sister, Precious Harris. According to the Medical Examiner’s report, at the time of her death, Precious (66) allegedly had cocaine in system. Reportedly, she her had enough of the drug in her system to trigger heart arrhythmia when she crashed her car and later died, according to TMZ.
The medical examiners report notes that her death was from “cocaine toxicity which aggravated hypertensive cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure).” The report also notes that the high blood pressure caused an abnormal heart rhythm, which went on long enough that disrupted the blood flow to her organs, including, her brain. She was also suffering from several other ailments including chronic lung disease, kidney disease and diabetes.
As previously reported, Precious was in a car accident in February, while driving with T.I.’s grandniece, Kairi Chapman, in the passenger seat. She fell unconscious and veered off the road, crashing into a telephone pole. Paramedics took her to the hospital and she had to be placed on life support.
She was never responsive after the accident.
She was laid to rest in March. Please continue to keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
