Love & Hip Hop’s Brittney Taylor’s Gets Dismissal Deal In Case Where She Allegedly Scratched Woman & Threw Cellphone At Her Head

Love & Hip Hop’s Brittney Taylor was all smiles after court, as she posed with her attorney. On Wednesday, the reality star received a dismissal deal for allegedly attacking and scratching a woman named Dina Khalil on June 14th inside her condo.

Brittney’s attorney shared a photo after their court appearance writing:

Britney Taylor on the steps of the courthouse after criminal charges pending against her were disposed of with an Adjournment In Contemplation of Dismissal. As previously reported, on June 14th she was arrested for scratching Dina and throwing a cell phone at her head around 6:45 p.m. on June 14. She was charged with assault and harassment for the altercation. Reportedly, her case will be dismissed and sealed after six months per the deal.

Brittney also celebrated, posting a video on social media, praising her ‘Jewish lawyer’.

Brittney made headlines earlier this year, after accusing Remy Ma of punching her in the face at a cancer benefit show. The fight was allegedly over comments Brittney made about Remy’s stepdaughter.

Remy denies the charges and maintains her innocence.
