Kanye West Reportedly ‘Faking’ His Alliance w/ Donald Trump To ‘Help People Get Out Of Jail’
As countrywide protests broke out in the wake of the death of George Floyd, many wondered how rapper Kanye West would respond, considering his controversial support for President Donald Trump.
But he seemed to make it clear where he stood when he was spotted protesting in his hometown, Chicago, recently.
Now, new reports claim that he was allegedly faking his support for Donald Trump all along.
The rapper has been accused of,
“wearing his MAGA (Make America Great Again) hats so that he could get people out of jail.”
Reports also allege that rapper GLC revealed,
“Kanye actually gave me the boxes of hats. He said, ‘I’m never wearing these again.'”

Kanye West is also accused of saying,
“I’m just telling you that we got that amazing woman out of jail in Florida, right? We didn’t get to have that meeting until I put the hat on.”
It’s not clear how valid the speculation is, but Kanye has certainly been vocal in standing for the black community amid George Floyd’s death.
Most recently, he started a college fund for George Floyd’s daughter and donated $2 million to the families of Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery.
Kanye West’s support for Donald Trump dates back to 2016 when they were spotted at Trump Tower together.
