Tory Lanez Makes First Public Appearance Since Alleged Megan Thee Stallion Shooting, Spotted In Club [VIDEO]
Tory Lanez had been laying low for the past couple of months since the alleged Megan Thee Stallion shooting. That all changed with the recent release of his latest album ‘Daystar,’ where he addressed all the issues head-on from his perspective. On Friday (Oct. 2), the Canadian rapper was spotted out at club BarCode in Elizabeth, N.J. This is Tory’s first public appearance since his arrest on July 12th in Los Angeles for carrying a concealed weapon, during an incident where he was later accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion following an argument.
Tory Lanez shocked fans when he dropped a surprise album titled ‘Daystar‘ on Thursday (Sept. 24). He remained quiet about the alleged incident but finally broke his silence after months of speculation. On the album, he denies Megan Thee Stallion’s claims and even dissed other rappers who have sided with her in the matter.
On a song titled Money Over Fallouts, he appears to address the alleged shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion. He says:
“Girl, you had the nerve to write that statement on an affidavit?Knowing I ain’t do it but I’m coming at my truest?Trying to keep this sh*t 200 with you, shorty, I can prove it.”
On the track he also appears to question her injuries as he says,
“Gotta see a couple questions: how the f**k you get shot in your foot, don’t hit no bones or tendons??How the f**k your team is trying to pay me in some whole millions??I just lost like 10 million dollars because this cold business? But I got like 10 million followers that’s gon’ roll with me”
