Dallas Rapper Mo3 Shot Dead On Texas Interstate

Gun violence has sadly taken another life in the African American community.  This time, Dallas-based rapper Mo3 (born Melvin Noble) was gunned down on a Texas interstate, according to reports.

Reportedly, the incident began as the victim was traveling on northbound I-35E at Clarendon Drive just before 12 p.m. on Wednesday Nov. 11.  The suspect got out of his car and approached Mo3‘s car when the rapper is said to have gotten out of his car to escape on foot.  That’s when the gunman let off several rounds, reportedly shooting Mo3 in the back of the head where he was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later.

According to police reports, a bystander in another vehicle was also shot, but suffered non life-threatening wounds.

Mo3, just 28-years-old at the time of his death, was most known for his 2019 collaboration with Boosie Badazz on “Errybody” (Remix).

Fans of the rapper on Twitter, eerily point out that Mo3 seemingly predicted his own death.  A song put out by Mo3 and video entitled, “True Story” began circulating showing an autopsy examiner pulling back the covering on the rapper while talking on the phone.  She announced “I think it’s a rapper,” and that “he got shot, heading home in his own city.”

Mo3 had an immense amount of talent as both a rapper and a singer.  Many candid videos of him singing have surfaced since the news has gotten out about his death.

As fans continue to show their love for the rapper on social media, videos circulating on Twitter show what appear to be Mo3 laying on the ground and a bystander attempting to revive him.

Let’s send our thoughts and prayers to Mo3 and his family.
