New Edition – All 6 Members To Reunite For 2022 Tour & Las Vegas Residency
Fans of New Edition could get the chance to see the entire group perform next year!
Yesterday (Wednesday, July 7th), Creative Artists Agency–CAA–announced it would represent the reunited group for their upcoming tour and Las Vegas Residency. Via its Instagram account, CAA wrote:
“New client: the legendary Pop & R&B kings, New Edition! Featuring Ronnie DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ralph Tresvant, and Johnny Gill. From Roxbury, MA to superstardom, a 2022 arena tour is already in the works along with their own Las Vegas Residency. Stay tuned… and welcome to the fam!”

New Edition first made airwaves with their 1983 debut album, Candy Girl. One year later, they released their second album, spawning hits like “Cool It Now.”
Since then, a series of ups and downs led to various other hits throughout the years–as well as breakoff acts and solo careers. Namely, Bobby Brown embarked on his successful solo career after being voted out of the group back in late 1985. A few years later, Ronnie DeVoe, Ricky Bell, and Mike Bivins formed Bell Biv DeVoe–most known for “Poison.”
Ralph Tresvant also embarked on a solo career around the same time Bell Biv DeVoe hit the scene. Additionally, he linked up with Bobby Brown and Johnny Gills to tour as a group called Heads of State back in 2008.
Despite the various changes throughout the years, the group is now reuniting with all six members (Johnny Gill was originally added after Bobby Brown‘s departure) for a tour and Las Vegas Residency!
It is unclear when the tour dates or ticket information will be released.
