Adele’s Oprah Interview & Special Is Rumored To Generate $100 Million, James Corden Production Company Will Take A Generous Portion
Adele, along with her celebrity friend James Corden, are said to be receiving a serious payday over her upcoming interview with Oprah.
If you’re a fan of the 33-year-old singer, then you’re well aware that she hasn’t released a new album in over 6 years. She also has done very few interviews during her absence.
According to a new report, her Oprah sit down will allegedly generate $100 million and James Corden’s production company is expected to take a generous slice of that.

The interview with Oprah Winfrey and a special performance will air on US channel CBS on Sunday night. According to Mirror,
the show – made by James Corden’s company Fulwell 73 – has done a revenue share deal to be syndicated around the world.
Insiders tell the outlet that it could generate more than $100million, with Corden’s firm expected to receive a hefty slice of that.
A source tells them:
“The fees for syndication could be over $100million total. For Adele, it’s a simply fantastic piece of business – you promote your new record and take home a nice little earner on top. Technically, she may say the interview is free, but her song performances in the show are performance payments. TV networks across the world are shelling out significant sums for their regions and it will mean millions coming into the coffers.”
One insider says CBS has paid “at least $5million, but perhaps as much as $7million” to debut Adele: One Night Only.
