Moneybagg Yo To Be Featured On Kanye’s ‘Donda 2,’ Wack 100 Hints At Friday Release

Recent conversations suggest that a Kanye West album will be on the way.

Kanye West’s associates are amping up the mystery surrounding his upcoming album, which is said to be titled Donda 2. Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo posted a text message from the eccentric record producer, revealing that he will be featured on the project. The text also confirms that Kanye himself is referring to the LP as a sequel. Kanye’s message to Moneybagg read:

“Yo engineer had [the beat] we looped the beginning on. Can you send me that,”

It continued:

“Could you rap on [just] the drums and I’ll put the music around it. I got to lock in with you on Donda 2. Money in front of us. Bulls*** behind us.”

Record executive Wack 100 seemingly gave further confirmation about the album. Someone on the Clubhouse app asked him if Kanye was “back-back to being ‘Ye.'” Wack 100 replied:

“That n***a back on some other s***, bruh. You gon’ see this Friday. That n***a back, and that n***a ain’t give no f***s.”

Music executive Steven Victor confirmed that Kanye had begun working on Donda 2 earlier this month, though he didn’t give an official release date.

The first Donda, which is named after the rapper’s late mother, finally hit streaming platforms in August 2021. Kanye started formulating the album in 2020.

His estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, filed for divorce in April 2021. She has since made it clear that she is prepared to move on without him, entering a new relationship with SNL comedian Pete Davidson.

The two wed in 2014 and instantly became one of the most talked-about couples in the industry due to their image. It was during this marriage that the public noted Kanye had “changed.”

Kanye was previously engaged to urban model Amber Rose and fashion designer Alexis Phifer.

Recently, Kanye made a rare appearance at ex-Houston Rockets player James Harden’s restaurant.

Kanye’s brand new relationship with Italian-American actress Julia Fox has been heating up the tabloids, with multiple outlets claiming that Kanye is trying to make her the second-coming of Kim Kardashian.
