Lil Uzi Vert Gets 3 Years Probation In Assault Case Involving Ex-Girlfriend Brittany Byrd & Rapper SAINt JHN
Good news for Lil Uzi Vert. The 26-year old rapper will avoid doing any jail time after being charged with 3 felonies following a domestic altercation involving ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd and rapper SAINt JHN.

In July of last year, Brittany Byrd, ex-girlfriend of rapper Lil Uzi Vert, filed a police report against him claiming that the XO Tour Llif3 artist pointed a gun at her stomach and hit her during a confrontation at a West Hollywood Cafe. A source close to Brittany Byrd at the time reported she was having a business meeting with New York rapper and producer SAINt JHN when Lil Uzi Vert pulled up and confronted the pair.

Lil Uzi reportedly tried to swing at SAINt JHN and missed, falling to the ground and revealing the weapon he had on him. In a statement after the altercation, Brittany Byrd‘s manager claimed that once she approached him, the Philly rapper pointed his gun at her and repeatedly punched her, and that the two had not been in contact for months.

Following the incident Uzi was charged with assault with a firearm, criminal threats and domestic violence, plus a misdemeanor charge of carrying a loaded firearm.

It’s reported that Uzi’s sentencing in the case will consist of 3 years of formal probation, 1 year of treatment for mental health and substance abuse, 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling, restitution and a 10-year criminal protective order.
