B. Simone Reveals She Had An Abortion: I Made The Best Decision For Me At The Time [VIDEO]
B. Simone is living in her truth regardless of what anyone thinks!
On April 12, 32-year-old B. Simone uploaded a snippet of the latest episode of her podcast “Know For Sure” to her IG page. During the heartfelt video clip, B. Simone and her best friend/podcast co-founder, Megan Brooks, revealed that the “Wild ‘n Out” star previously had an abortion.
At the start of the short video B. Simone seemingly doesn’t hold anything back and shared,
“The truth is, I had an abortion.”
The two besties then discussed what the experience was like for them. During their chat, B. Simone learned for the first time that Megan Brooks did not initially agree with her decision of getting an abortion. Megan Brooks said,
“I didn’t grow up with this idea that abortion was a good thing, and I was very judgmental of people who did it.”
B. Simone replied,
“I never knew that. I never knew that.”
Megan Brooks continued and added that despite her own beliefs, she wanted to be there for her friend no matter what.
“I didn’t want her to feel any guilt [or] anything but the whole time I was just so broken from it.”
Following the video clip going viral, B. Simone added more to her story via an IG comment and wrote,
“I was scared, I was embarrassed walking into the clinic but im not regretful. I made the best decision for me at the time and now I choose to walk in my truth and share my journey. My journey isn’t perfect but I’m honest and I love the woman I’m becoming. Ladies walk in your truth and grow daily.”
