Kim Zolciak-Biermann Loses $2.6M Mansion To Foreclosure, Property To Be Auctioned Off Next Month

Former “RHOA” star Kim Zolciak-Biermann is seemingly missing the “house” from her “housewife” title.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her retired NFL player husband Kroy Biermann reportedly “failed to pay back” a $300,000 loan after their reality series “Don’t Be Tardy” ended. Unfortunately, the unpaid loan has resulted in the couple’s home being taken away.

According to a recently surfaced Notice of Sale Under Power document, Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s Atlanta mansion, which consists of five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, has been foreclosed and is up for sale.

The document notes that the couple’s dream home, which they purchased in December of 2013, was foreclosed upon “because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness.”

The Notice of Sale Under Power states:

“Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Kroy Evan Biermann and Kim Zolciak-Biermann to Landmark Community Bank, dated December 9, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 53458, Page 228, Fulton County, Georgia Records and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 58531, Page 576, Fulton County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.00).”

The statement continues:

“With interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia, or at such place as may be lawfully designated as an alternative, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2022, the following described property: SEE EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 13-1-11 having been given).”

The notice also mentions that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and Kroy Biermann’s home will be on sale “on the first Tuesday in November of 2022.” The real estate listing shared that their home is at an estimated value of $2,535,285 and the 6,907-square-foot property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash.

As you may already know, Kim initially became a household name in 2008 as one of the original stars of the reality television series The Real Housewives of Atlanta. In 2012, the 44-year-old left the series for her own spin-off entitled Don’t Be Tardy. The show followed her life as a businesswoman and mother-of-6. In May 2021, it was announced that Don’t Be Tardy had been canceled after eight seasons.
