E-40 Releases Chicken & Waffles Ice Cream Under His Food Company ‘Goon With The Spoon’

The Goon With The Spoon ice cream line from E-40 (real name Earl Stevens Sr.) has the ideal flavor for you if you’re a devoted bruncher who enjoys chicken and waffles.

The Mount Westmore rapper debuted his chicken and waffles ice cream flavor on Monday (Dec. 12), marking the launch of his soul food division.

In order to replicate the flavor of chicken, E-40 allegedly used Flock Chicken Chips, which were then combined with waffles, maple syrup, and brown butter ice cream to improve the flavor.

The rapper said he has always desired to establish a cuisine company that celebrates variety and culture. According to E-40,

“Culinary arts is my passion and, as a Black entrepreneur with a prominent platform, I’m committed to doing my part to bring the worlds of food, culture and entertainment together like never before.”

In E-40’s GWTS brand, the chicken and waffles delight is preceded by the flavors Cookie Dough, Bourbon Vanilla, Vanilla Bean, Strawberry, Mint Chocolate, and Salted Caramel. Reportedly, the next flavor on the menu will be “Black Wall Street!”

As previously reported, E-40 launched GWTS last October. At the time, he shared a video showing off the food products available from GWTS and captioned the post,

As far as what inspired him to launch his food company, E-40 said,

“This is what I like to eat. Just like all my drinks, I make what I like to drink. You know what I mean. And I’m 1000% involved in everything from start to finish.”
