Although she allegedly doesn’t plan to launch the business anytime soon, the trademark protects the name from use by other companies. The motion describes the children’s clothing brand as a line that includes “infant wear, swimwear, hats, underwear, footwear, leggings, socks.” In addition, baby bibs, booties, caps, and cloth diapers will also be for sale. Overall, the “Fenty Kids” products seem to support a child from birth to toddler status, based on the listed items.
