Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann Reportedly Owes Over $12k In Credit Card Debt

Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann Reportedly Owes Over $12k In Credit Card Debt
Brielle Biermann is reportedly preparing to settle a large debt.
American Express claims Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s daughter has failed to pay off her $12,870.25 credit card balance.
According to the credit card company, Brielle Biermann, 26, wasn’t making the required minimum payments on her American Express Delta SkyMiles Reserve Card each month. In response, they sued for the full amount plus court expenses. However, it seems the Atlanta socialite might be able to avoid the legal battle. A rep for Brielle Biermann shared with TMZ that she plans on paying the bill in full today (Aug. 23). At the time of this report, it’s unclear if the issue has been settled or not.

You may already know that this is not the first financial suit the famous reality TV family has found themselves at the center of.
As previously reported, after ignoring a 2018 lawsuit accusing her of not paying her owed card bill, Kim Zolciak-Biermann was ordered to pay American Express a little over $215,000. The suit read,
“[Zolciak] agreed to pay and was obligated to pay [American Express] for all extended credit on [Zolciak’s] account.”
Kim Zolciak-Biermann failed to appear in court despite receiving notice of the case in February of that year. As a result, the court granted American Express’ request for a default judgment for $215,822.68 in damages on May 9, 2019.
American Express sent Kim‘s account at Suntrust Bank documents to seize the debt in 2020. The credit card company claimed that Kim had not made the required payments at the time, causing the balance to increase to $216,000. Suntrust was asked to keep all funds, including wages and other property, held in any accounts by Kim. In response, Suntrust reportedly informed American Express that Kim had no assets with them.
American Express continued to serve subpoenas to other parties to recoup the pricey debt.
Fast forward to 2023, the credit card company is still attempting to collect what’s reportedly owed. Kim is also being sued over an unpaid credit card bill from Target.
Kroy Biermann, Brielle‘s adoptive father, was recently sued as well for a credit line he incurred on a gambling trip to the Bahamas.
