Ice Spice reveals that she is indeed dating someone. 

Breakout rapper Ice Spice recently revealed her current relationship status in a “Los Angeles Times” feature. The “Munch” performer has remained private regarding her personal life, leaving speculators assuming that without a man by her side, she must be single. Ice Spice dispelled those rumors by admitting in an interview that she is dating. However, the New York native didn’t spill all the tea; when asked who the mystery person was, Ice Spice opted to keep it a secret.

Ice’s rise to fame could be correlated to overnight success after a video recording herself taking on Erica Banks‘ Buss It challenge on TikTok went viral in 2021. But, the lyricist has been clawing her way to the top for years. Now that she has made it, she wants supporters to keep their focus on her music, thus choosing not to share her love interest’s name. 

Separating her personal life and professional career has (seemingly) proven to work in Ice’s favor. After two top 10 of the “Billboard Hot 100” songs, a feature with her inspiration Nicki Minaj, and a personal Met Gala invitation from Anna Wintour herself, the “Barbie Girl” rapper is at the top of her game. Hopefully, she can maintain her privacy and navigate her dating life as easily as she has done because it seems to be paying off for her.
