Louis Farrakhan Calls Kendrick Lamar ‘The Boss’ & Shows Support For His ‘Cultural Revolution’ In Resurfaced Clip Following Drake Beef
Social media users dug up an old clip of the Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan showering Kendrick Lamar with praise and support.
Footage of the moment has been circulating online recently as internet users continue to discuss the after math of Kendrick Lamar’s famous hip-hop beef with Drake.

In the short clip, Louis Farrakhan appeared to be preaching a sermon when rap star Kendrick Lamar came up in the conversation. He stated:
“To our community, to our cultural giants, say what you feel. Put it out there with strength. They allowed you to call your women b***hes and wh***s, now put it out there that you love yourself…we’ll back you up,”

Mentioning the Compton native directly, he continued:
“Kendrick Lamar, set a new standard. He freed rappers to come on up. He’s the boss…the cultural revolution is on!”
While the exact timestamp of the footage remains unclear at this time, several social media users pointed out that the clip is old and surmised that it’s only circulating now because of Kendrick Lamar’s recent diss record exchange with Drake. On multiple of his songs, Lamar criticized his rap rival’s negative influence on the Black culture and even outright accused the Toronto native of disrespecting and hating Black women on the song “meet the grahams”.
It’s speculated that the footage likely originated somewhere around 2017 when Louis Farrakhan met up with Kendrick for what appeared to be their first public outing together. If you recall, the pair made headlines at the time after the spiritual leader shared images from their link-up, writing the caption:
“I was very honored to meet and talk with my powerful brother and Hip-Hop artist Kendrick Lamar. The Cultural Revolution is On.”

It does not appear that any of the parties involved have commented on the video resurfacing at this time.
