Diddy’s Team Denies ‘Baseless’ Claim That Record Exec Had Something To Do w/ Jamie Foxx’ Mysterious Hospitalization
Reps for Diddy are shutting down a growing rumor that he’s behind Jamie Foxx’s 2023 hospitalization.
In an email sent to AllHipHop, Diddy’s reps called the claim “outlandish, ridiculous and baseless.” They also said people from Foxx’s camp denied any connection to Diddy’s sex trafficking case and arrest.

The statement follows claims from Videographer Choke No Joke who recently attended two of Foxx’s comedy tapings for his forthcoming Netflix special, “What Had Happened Was.” Choke said that while on stage the “Django Unchained” star claimed that “Diddy was responsible for” his 2023 medical scare. He also said that Foxx claimed to be the one who called the FBI on Diddy, leading to his September arrest
He continued, claiming that Foxx wasn’t joking around. Choke added,
“Y’all can determine was he joking or not when you see the show, ’cause to me — I’m a new comedian, right? … I know when somebody’s setting up a punchline, and I know when you’re serious.”
It’s unclear if Foxx made the remarks or not at this time.
