Dwayne Johnson is setting the record straight on the claims about his on-set behavior after a viral report stirred controversy.
In a GQ cover story, Johnson acknowledged that he sometimes arrives late to set and admitted to peeing in water bottles to save time, but he dismissed the viral claims as “bulls***,” refuting the report that he was once eight hours behind schedule, calling it “a bananas amount.”

Johnson’s “Red One” director, Jake Kasdan, defended him, stating,
“[Dwayne] never missed a day of work ever.” Co-star Chris Evans added that while Johnson may arrive slightly late some mornings, it’s always planned in advance and never a surprise.
