United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s Homes Swatted Hours After His M*rder
The details are getting more and more crazy!
Two homes belonging to the family of Brian Thompson, the slain UnitedHealthcare CEO, were targeted in a “swatting” hoax on Wednesday evening, according to Maple Grove Police in Minnesota. Authorities received an emailed bomb threat regarding the residences, prompting a response from local police, the Minneapolis Bomb Squad, and the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office. No suspicious devices were found, and the incident remains under investigation.
The swatting threats occurred hours after Thompson was fatally shot in New York City before an investor meeting. Police describe the shooting as targeted, with the suspect waiting for Thompson and fleeing the scene on an e-bike.
Images of a person of interest have been released, and a $10,000 reward is offered for information leading to an arrest.
