Real Housewives Of Dubai’s Caroline Brooks Says The Show Was ‘Toxic’, Claims Cast Hid ‘Their True Identities’
Caroline Brooks isn’t holding back her thoughts on “RHODubai”, sharing details about the show’s abrupt pause and her experiences with the cast.
Taking to X, the reality star revealed how the cast learned that Bravo wasn’t renewing the show for a third season: “
We were told [on a group FaceTime call], ‘You guys are not being picked up for a third season, I’m really sorry because I feel like you guys deserved one. Thank you so much for two great seasons ladies. Wish you all the best of luck’”
Caroline Brooks continued,
“Some of us graciously thanked them for the opportunity, while others stayed silent in disbelief. The delusion is real—some think the show will return, but it was clearly stated: this was our last season.”
She also addressed speculation that Dubai’s strict laws led to the show’s cancellation:
“Those rumors aren’t true. Every episode is approved by lawyers or officials to ensure it’s appropriate for TV in this region. If they thought laws were broken, the Dubai Film and TV Commission would’ve revoked our permits, and that didn’t happen. Don’t believe everything you read.”
As for her personal feelings, Brooks said she wasn’t upset by the decision:
“Honestly, I’m not upset the show was canceled or paused—whatever term you prefer. It felt toxic, overly orchestrated, and many were hiding their true identities. Housewives should be authentic, not forced. I’m grateful for the opportunity, but not the experience.”
